Ingredients
- chicken pieces
- garlic
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- mayo
- chipotle mustard fancy
- curry powder
- ground chipotle peppers
- sambal oelek
- red curry paste
- grain mustard
- spinach lots
- corn
- cheese
- extra sauce
- rice
Preparation
- Put chicken pieces in garlic, olive oil and lemon juice and bake until fully cooked.
- Mix mayo and a combination of another sauce for flavoring. Be unique! It's what makes this recipe fun.
- Cover chicken in sauce (leave some for the table), cover in lots of spinach, corn and cheese and put back in the oven for 10-15 mins.
- Serve with extra sauce and rice.
