Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna flaked
  • 1 red or green pepper small
  • 1 C grated cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook noodles as directed and strain well.
  2. Chop or flake tuna into fairly small pieces.
  3. Mix together soup, mayo and milk, add cheese, tuna and pepper then noodles.
  4. Place all ingredients in casserole dish.
  5. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  6. Bake 40 min at 325 degrees.
