Ingredients

  • 1 serving Udon Noodles serving
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil tablespoon
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 stalk Green onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp gochugaru or chili flakes teaspoons
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce tablespoon
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce tablespoon
  • 1 tsp sesame oil teaspoon
  • 2 tsp chili oil teaspoon
  • sesame seeds
  • 12 prawns

Preparation

  1. Cook udon noodles. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add garlic and white of green onion, fry until fragrant and golden, add chili flakes and stir.
  3. In the same pan add prawns and cook until pink.
  4. While prawns cook in a small mixing bowl add soy sauces, sugar mix together. Add sesame and chili oil.
  5. Add mixture to cooked prawns, add garlic and onions, fry until noodles are warm and coated.
  6. Transfer to bowl and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
