gochugaru or chili flakes

soy sauce
tablespoon

dark soy sauce
tablespoon

sesame oil
teaspoon

chili oil
teaspoon

Preparation
Cook udon noodles. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add garlic and white of green onion, fry until fragrant and golden, add chili flakes and stir.
In the same pan add prawns and cook until pink.
While prawns cook in a small mixing bowl add soy sauces, sugar mix together. Add sesame and chili oil.
Add mixture to cooked prawns, add garlic and onions, fry until noodles are warm and coated.
Transfer to bowl and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
