Ingredients

  • salmon large can
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 8 oz cream cheese 8 oz pkg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp onion grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cups pecans chopped
  • 3 tbsp parsley chopped

Preparation

  1. Skin salmon, remove bones (if using fresh cooked, leave bones in and just crunch them up).
  2. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well.
  3. Roll ball in mixture.
  4. Chill and serve.
