Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup egg whites Or 4 whole eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia

Preparation

  1. Put 1 cup of oats in blender and blend until a flour consistency.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
