Baked Sole in White Wine

Heat oven to 375°F.

Wash mushrooms, trim ends, slice lengthwise.

In a buttered 12x8x2 baking dish, arrange potatoes; top with mushrooms, dot with butter; sprinkle with half of salt & pepper and half of wine over all, then spread with half of sour cream and paprika.

Arrange fish over all; sprinkle with the rest of salt, pepper, and paprika; top with the rest of sour cream.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done, sprinkle with paprika & parsley.
